"The clutch smells and knocks when idling. When i rev up it sounds normal. Performance is a little poor on first and second gear."

"The car stopped engaging into 3rd and 4th whilst driving, no grinding, even with clutch out. Reverse, 1st, 2nd and 5th engage normally. I believe issue to be selector Fork wear or possibly bent, as all other gears work and clutch takes well. Car also got stuck in 4th gear position, but did not engage 4th."

"on 28 April when i started my car after releasing clutch, i heard a horrible sound, when i drove pulling off in 1st a terrible noise was coming from the car a noise i can only describe as a dying fan, at which point i put the car in neutral and the sound went away, when putting the car back into gear the sound came back. On 29 April as i left my drive way the gears was stuck, i put the car into first and the could not change gears after, it was stuck. i put the car off then managed to get the car into neutral, I need to know if its cheaper to recon or replace. Please advice"
