"Coolant is leaking under the car"

"I need to check the entire car if there's anything that needs to be replaced"

"The car's radiator was replaced and a leakage was sealed. The car seeks water everyday and the fan does not kick in all the time. Had the thermostat housing, fan switch and water pump replaced last year but the car is now jerking when changing to high gears have to change down to gear 2 or 3 on a hill. I have also noticed they is some oil leaks."
