"Engine overheat"

"Good day What would it cost to do a head gasket on a E46 318i. I am keen on buying one but there is oil and water mixing in the bottle and oil cap. A rough cost at worst case would be appreciated. I want to know if its actually fees able to buy this car. Thanks"
