Thermostat Replacement

"Hi there, I just recently replaced my radiator as I was having an overheating issue. However it doesn't seem to have helped, the water seems to get really hot. I've also noticed that my car heater no longer blows hot air. Is this a thermostat problem or something else and how much am I looking at to repair?"
