"Low humming noise when driving. Sound increases when letting of the accelerator."

"My car is braking correctly, but my brake light is flashing red while I'm driving and makes a beeping noise that won't stop. This issue is resolved when I fill up the brake fluid. The problem comes in when I have to refill my brake fluid every 2 weeks, as I believe it is leaking somewhere. Also, when my brake fluid is low, it's almost as if my car's power dips and then the computer restarts, where my ABS stops working etc. I have to turn off the car, wait 3 seconds, then start it again, only then does it function normally."
