"The engine light always stays on, but the traction control light will come on at random intervals and when that happens the engine light will begin to flash and I will lose the majority of power to my car. While this used to happen and then simply revert to normal, it hasn't switched off for a period of time now. "Battling to down gear from 3rd into 2nd, whilst driving. It's fine when car is stationary. Going from 1st to 2nd also no issue whilst driving. Only when gearing down from 3rd to 2nd, I have to literally force into gear."
