"Car has no problem starting. Once the aircon is running, it would be like there is a power dip on the dash. The dash goes off/on"

"I need help please my car has been at a mechanic for 2 months, first I was told the head was gone that was fixed few days later they told the car is heating up then I was told the block is warped then sent the block in 3 weeks ago they got the block back now I am told its still heating up and I must get a new radiator and water pump. All this does not add up. I was charges 12000 for the head replacement which I paid 8000 upfront my car was towed into the workshop on the 29 March 2018. What can I do? I know this Mechanic is brillaint and wants to ensure the car is 100 % but something is not adding up and 2 months later you could build 5000 cars in that time. What are your suggestions"
