Cost Estimates

"Car smoking black smoke, no power until at 3000 RPM and turbo kicks in (also goes into slow mode because of emissions with a EOBD engine warning light). Taken for a diagnostic, these are the error codes 2, 5, 6, 12 and 351 seems like camshaft position (timing issue/over retarded) Fuel flow issue and ignition coil malfunction in A position. Can you please give me a quote on correcting the timing issue and replacing the faulty glowplug. I also need a separate quote on what seems like a camshaft oil seal leak - to replace the seal please. [phone removed] Thanks"
