"Good day I require a mechanic who can please investigate my car's jerking problem. I've taken the car numerous times to Kia to fix but it has still not been fixed. The car jerks while idling and driving, and even while reversing. Yesterday the vehicle wouldn't even start in the afternoon and had to be towed home.
