Looked for a quote they responded so quickly, the quote was affordable, the customer experience i had was exceptional the staff is friendly and very helpful the interaction is definitely something I haven experienced in such a long time...I will officially be a regular customer with them going forward ADC Automotive Services you guys are awesome

I took my car in for an aircon regas on the 15th February. The technician told me the aircon does not leak and needed just a regas.It was done and I left with a nice cold blowing aircon. I was charged R489.56 instead of the R350 quoted here. I didn't argue and paid. The air started getting warm as I approached home. I parked and then to my shock the small green cap for the aircon was lying on the inside of the bonnet. My husband replaced it and I drove around with my aircon-less car. On Monday I notified ACD Automotive services of this and the receptionist said I can bring it in. I returned on Saturday the 22nd February and I was met with unfriendly service from what I assume is the owner of the workshop. He said the technicians from the previous weekend were off (I don't know how that is of concern to me). I explained that I left my son at the soccer practice and would like to know how long the regas would take. He said they are busy and I can leave (go where, with what)and they will call me back. I chose to stay. Two hours later my car was not touched and I asked if it will be done any time soon. The owner said they will check the aircon once again for leaks (which I was previously told there were none). I explained that perhaps the gas escaped since the cap was not replaced in the aircon and he said he doubts if that could be the cause. By now my son is done and waiting outside the school for me. I asked if I can be assisted with fetching him and we will wait for the car. He said they do not have a courtesy car. I waited for 30 more minutes and the receptionist came and said they found no leaks on the aircon. I left and the aircon was blowing cold air. My aircon worked nicely from Saturday till Monday (the 25th). I am now back to where I started with money wasted. There was no apology whatsover and this was made to look like it was my fault.

I took my Ford Fiesta to replace the water pump , the staff were very friendly and the prices were very good . I wont hesitate to recommend them to my friends and will be taking my vehicle back to them for its service as well .

Service was cheap. But told me the shocks needed replacing and aircon needed a full recon. In total it would cost over R10 000. I took the car to tyremart to check the shocks, they told me there is absolutely nothing wrong with them Perfect condition. Then I took the car to Ford about the aircon. It was just a loose connection. Not very impressed with Acd. Seems unethical telling you to replace things and fix parts that are perfect.

Booked a service for my Duster with ACD, and it was the best service at the best price! They responded very quickly, and were very friendly and helpful throughout. I'll be going back to ACD for all my service and repair needs.

Took my Kia Cerato for its 105000km service. Waited there while they got it done. Was kept in the loop at all times. Professional, neat and efficient. Car is perfect thank you!

The only respondent to communicate with me quickly, and with the best pricing. The car runs smoothly, the clutch feels great. I would recommend them to others, and will go back to them for other services. Thanks.

Seems very knowlegeable. The only respondent to state right away that my engine has a timing chain, not belt. I have since verified this. Am likely to rely on this workshop for future services and advice
