Ladies, take note! I took my late husband's 1998 Volvo to Boss, a husband and wife-run operation, for some repairs to get it roadworthy and sales-worthy (after a year and a half waiting for the estate to transfer ownership to me). My husband had left some of these repairs undone for years, having been quoted tens of thousands of rands or told it was impossible to fix these longstanding problems by less scrupulous or capable repair centres...then he just started driving my car and left his in the garage, where it stayed after he passed away.
