I took my car to car service city. Dealt with Dishen. The owner who doesnt know what he is doing as he is employed by vodacom. And doesnt have mechanical backround. His none of his staff members from the foreman to the master technician. No one has qualifications to be anywhere near a motor workshop. I wasnt aware of this as they are RMI approved. To my knowladge i know to be part of rmi a workshop staff needs these qualifications for warranty reasons. There was a problem with the engine. I was quoted new engine R20 000. New motor new clutch new brakes. I agreed. Got my car back with yellow engine light on. Foreman told me no its ok will go away(it didnt). Took it back as there was warranty. The Master mechanic refs my car in the workshop If i can give u an idea. It was at 40000rpm for approximately 3-4 minutes. I asked the chap plz dont do that but he knew best. He seized the new motor as they didnt clean the oil pick up from the sump as indicated by the company who sold the motor @car service city. Rivonia. They than reconditioned the newly seized motor. So with an engine change the new engine number needs to be registered for licence related documants and road worrhy. I have been asking Deshen. The owner for over a year for the paper work. Im still waiting he revuses to hand me my paper to finilize this. His school boy ethics by being spitfull has resulted in me and my family driving on the road with an unroadworthy vehicle. I am also accumulating traffic fines due to roadblocks. At one stage almoust had the car impounded. DONT DO BUDINESS WITH CAR SEVICE CITY ANY OF THEM ESPECIALLY THE REVONIA BRANCH. THEY ARE JUST A BACK YARD MECHANIC WITH UNDER THE TREE MASTER MECHANICS WITH A RMI BADGE. THE OWNER DESHEN IS A IT GUY FOR VODACOM. AND HIS WORKSHOP IS HIS HOBY TO CONDUCT UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE ROB PEOPLE AND LIE TO THERE FACE. THEY HAVE A RATIO 200% MARK UP ON AFTER MARKET PARTS. PLUS RMI LABOUR RATES WITH UNQULIFIED TECHNICIANS. IF U LIKE TO BE TAKEN FOR A RIDE AND LIKE TO LOSE THOUSANDS OF RANDS AND LIKE TO DRIVE AN ILLEGAL 🚗 TAKE IT TO CAR SERVICE SHITTY AND ASK FOR DESHEN.
