100% agree with you Donovan. I still cannot believe they are still going. the number of people who have contacted me after my post with the same issues is unbelievable. What worries me is that Machanic Buddy still has them on their page.

Sorry for my language but they give you the run around my car has been with them since last year October and still not ready up to this date excuses excuses they tell u car running fine then 2 days later it has a problem bullshit can someone please help me

Don't know why you guys "McahnicBuddy" have them on your site. They are a rip off, Charge you for new parts and fit second hand parts. Service is great at the start until you have a come back then all the stories and excuses come out when its time to honor the guarantee. I also found out they are not even registers with RMI. When things heat up they block you off Face book hence no bad reviews on face book, I'm sure they will also come up with a story for me they are very good at doing this. My car was in originally for a full engine rebuild a year ago asked for the old parts never got them so will never know if they really put in new parts of just used the old parts again example head pistons oil pump timing chain etc etc. During the guarantee period I had continuous oil loss. Eventual was told it was the turbo this was replaced at my cost even although the car was still under the 12 month guarantee and still had oil loss. Eventually engine packed up again still under the guarantee. They eventually agreed to repair the car and was told it would be ready at the end of January 2020. Eventually i got my car back 6 months later July 2020 with the help of a lawyer and still had to pay in for the engine rebuild which was still under warranty. I'm sure they will give you guys a full story/ explanation. they are good at doing this . go onto the Hello Peter site and see the reviews, I'm not the only one who had a bad experience with Master Mac.
