the car jerks when going on a steep from a standstill and when driving and you reach a stop, the car kicks and does not move even when in drive (this is a similar kick when you start a manual car in gear without pressing the clutch). Once you shift to DSG or sport, that's when the car begins to roll and move. Issues are when the car is in lower gears and when it's driving at a speed lower than 60.
