car has been over revving for awhile now, it revs on 2000 revs while stationary, it takes some time before the revs come back down to 10000 and then it fluctuates again. I think the clutch needs to be replaced as this morning I could not put the car into gear. the rev stabilizer has been check and the throttle this is not the problem.
