bearing sound when idling in neutral and sound goes away if i push the clutch in. I have replaced clutch kit also with new thrust bearing no difference , the sound is in the gearbox. It drives and changes gears no problems. I did find they let the gearbox run low on oil (down to 200 ml) with a leak but thats fixed now . This perhaps caused bearing damage in the gearbox. Ive removed and stripped the gearbox Whats the cost to replace the gearbox bearings ?
