What's wrong? Can the car be driven? Is the car manual or automatic?
The gear pops out of 3rd into neutral while driving, if in this gear for more than 5 seconds. If gearing and going from 2nd to 3rd fast and then into fourth, its a bit stiff going to 4th. Could be syncer and bearings.
