My Car Won't Start

I have a 800cc Daewoo Matiz, we ovehauled the engine. After that there was a problem with the fuel management system. We raplaced it with spitronics system, we were informed that we need to replace the fuel pump (the car started) After replacing the fuel pump the car would not start. We were informed that it could be the spitronic system that is not working correctly.
Please help me!
