My Car Won't Start

My Clutch pedal does not want to return and the day it happened, i saw fluids leaking from the bottom. I could not say from where. I have checked my brake fluid and there is still fluid. My dash lights says "Low Oil Pressure" and "Parking Brake Fault" my car does not want to start too..
