sounds like a noisy klunk upper strut mount and squeeky coil spring left front. Car seems to sway sightly so I think the stabaliser bar bushes and rod ends need checking. I also recently find on starting engine - hard brake pedal with almost no braking available, but once in motion brakes work fine, suspect a booster problem.
