I will never advise anyone to take their cars to them, since I serviced my car with them. I have experienced so many problems with my car, which I never experienced before servicing my car there. It was for the first time and I don't want wish to go back...

I rocked up at 6:30 when they opened and I never waited to be helped. My car was on the hoist immediately. The staff is very friendly and efficient, all the minor faults were highlighted to me and before sorting them out I was given the option to decline it or give the greenlight. By 9:30 my car was done and I was out. My car feels brand new after the work they done for my 80000km service on my Fiesta 1.0 eco boost. I'd definitely recommend Auto-Mate to a friend!!!

Where would you find a car mechanic who advises you NOT to spend money with him?! I had been informed by Honda in January that my front wheel bearings would soon have to be replaced. They presented me with a rather large quote and I decided to take a chance and leave it for a while. Now, nearly 6 months later I took it to Deon who checked it thoroughly, took it for a ride and then told me that there was nothing wrong with the bearings - that in fact there was nothing wrong at all, except for the fact that I should attend to the tyres fairly soon. He did not charge me ONE cent for his service and offered to do a full check-up if anything worried me again - at a rate that is certainly a fraction of what I would pay at Honda. Where do you find such honesty and decency these days?! Honda has definitely lost a customer. And Deon has gained one. Many thanks.

Just drove my car home after it's service. It 'feels' the best it has felt after having a service. I think that Auto-mate did a much better job than the Mini service centre in Melrose (IMO). Deon is efficient, organised, professional and resourceful. He kept me updated on everything that needed to be fixed. I will definitely be using them in the future.

The price quotes was affordable and my first hand experience was good , I would really return and referred others to service there vehicle at Auto - Mate Service. I only had one concern, after he cambelt change by engine light on the dashboard stayed on, so I wasn't sure if this was before the cambelt change of after my car service at ford in the beginning with Ford . So its currently back with FORD

The responds was quick. They didn't rush to give quotation without knowing details. We were very well advice about the car problem and cost of products before we enquired here. The feedback we got from others were not realistic as much as we were shopping for price reduction compared to the R14000 Renault was going to charge us. The reason we didn't use Auto-Mate ultimately is because the car would have charged us to tow it to Bramley while we had Bosch closed by with more or less the same pricing. First impression last, client requirements understood counts, knowing your story is crucial and so is communicative in the digital world we live in. well done
