My husband encountered significant issues with the clutch and gearbox of his vehicle. Initially, I provided funds to Moses to buy a new clutch kit, only to later be told that the flywheel also needed replacing. After struggling to source the correct flywheel and 2 months past, Moses and his friend returned to reassemble the car. However, despite their efforts, the car still wouldn’t engage properly into gears. I attempted to reach them several times by phone, and empty promises, they never came back. Tried to reach out a few days but was just ignored and received no response. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and the poor level of service. Eventually, I took my car to a new mechanic, who diagnosed a faulty thrust bearing—an essential component of clutch kit - which indicated to me that there is no proud in their work because they must of seen it but just did not care. And I paid them R5800 for a new clutch kit. I will never use this service again. It has been a frustrating and costly experience, and I’ve certainly learned the hard way.
