N57 crankshaft purchased form Hugh of Graemes Auto clinic - 43 pomona road, Kempton park. Crankshaft was said to be in good condition and recently polished, when i had it sent to the engineers before installation for a check, it was found to be cracked on 6th journal. I reported this to Hugh and was told i should return the crankshaft and a refund will be processed, the crankshaft was sent back to Graemes auto clinic on the 22nd of June 2022 (receipt acknowledged) and i have yet to receive a refund. I have been given the runaround ever since.
