So my Lexus IS250 is not a standard Lexus, and has undergone a slight boost upgrade in the form of a Vortech Supercharger.
About two weeks ago my car refused to start, and as a result I needed to get the car towed into the nearest repair shop (insurance protocol), and your performance company was my choice as it is close to where I live on the East Rand.
Looking back now, I believe this was a blessing in disguise because the end product after two weeks of fault finding and repairs, is a smooth “good as new” Lexus.
What impressed me the most was the detail that you and your team went through to ascertain what the fault was. From my invoice, I could see that the only thing missing from the full fault finding exercise was the “kitchen sink”. Nothing was left to chance and the confidence you showed when having the car returned to me fixed and running set my mind at ease that PerformaxTuning was the new home for my Supercharged Lexus.
Thank you to PerformaxTuning for the professional service and for staying humble and honest.
