Truly terrible service. Still waiting on more than 50% of my goods having paid for the order on 3rd October 2025. The team do not give responses and if they do they are misleading. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered and paid for products, over a month ago, from soundlouder.co.za. Havent received my products, a tracking number or a refund, Support only responds to my emails on mondays and each week I get a new excuse why I havent received my products or my refund. Communication SUCKS. Feels like I have been scammed. Would not reccomend

I placed an order with Sound Louder and was told I would have my order in 7 days, 9 weeks later I was still getting no answers with many false promises, they eventually agreed to give me a refund and was told I would have my money back in 48 hours. That was over a month ago and I am still waiting to receive a refund. They don't answer calls or emails and delete all my reviews. I would definitely not recommend.
