Ordered and paid for products, over a month ago, from soundlouder.co.za.

Havent received my products, a tracking number or a refund, Support only responds to my emails on mondays and each week I get a new excuse why I havent received my products or my refund.

Communication SUCKS. Feels like I have been scammed. Would not reccomend

I placed an order with Sound Louder and was told I would have my order in 7 days, 9 weeks later I was still getting no answers with many false promises, they eventually agreed to give me a refund and was told I would have my money back in 48 hours. That was over a month ago and I am still waiting to receive a refund. They don't answer calls or emails and delete all my reviews.  I would definitely not recommend.
